Kathy Jacomini Masterson

Kathy Jacomini Masterson Allied ASID Member is the youngest daughter of Beverly Jacomini. Growing up under the roof of an eminent Houston Interior Designer, Kathy was bound for a career in Design. She studied at the University of Texas, like her mother. After a dabble in Real Estate with the premiere office of John Daughtery, Kathy sought more artistic challenges. In 1995, she began working for the George Cameron Nash Showroom at the Design Center, gaining more knowledge of the Design Process from the other side of the Purchase order. In 1996, at the request of her Mother, who was so busy she could not handle the Client load, Kathy joined Jacomini Interior Design, Inc.

Kathy has designed projects for clients in River Oaks, Bermuda, Round Top, Cat Springs, Austin, Santa Fe, and is currently doing a Vacation Home for a repeat Client in Galveston. Her work has appeared in "Coastal Living" with the Bermuda Project.

Kathy's energetic style has all the integrity of her Mother’s tutelage, but with her own fresh flare of Interior Design. Kathy is now the Vice President of Jacomini Design, Inc.

Michael Meller hails from West Texas, and came to Houston to attend Rice University School of Architecture.  He became associated with Beverly after his freshman year in 1979.  Then the company was JHT.  When the partnership divorced, Beverly got custody of Michael.  In 1984, Michael returned to the University of Houston and received his Masters Degree in Architecture.  Michael has been involved in almost every Jacomini project to date.  His work has appeared in National magazines like Country Home, House Beautiful, Better Homes and Gardens and Southern Accents. His area of expertise is designing Kitchens and Master Suites.  His knowledge of  indigenous Texas Architecture makes him a favorite for country home design.
